hi guys, setting up my h2h, doing a full cable scan im getting around 160 channels, is that right ?
how many should i expect to get ?
 
im down in carlow.
when i do a scan im getting 170.
what settings should i use guys ?
running openatv 5.3 on a zgemma h2h,

Does any know how i can convert this into a .ini file that can be read by DVBViewer?

EDIT: Ok i figured it out, managed to get 177 channels on the first scan just adding for frequencies now to do another

Well guys just bought a h2h zgemma box using UPC cable im going off Dublin net id as I dont know the one for Sligo picking up around 220 channels but there just appearing in last scanned how do I set up a bouquet for these channels ? Also if anyone knows how id pick up BT sports that would be great too. have up to date channel list which I got from dropbox but dont no where to FTP it

Well guys can anyone tell me how to put UPC ire channels into bouquets all channels i scan going into last scanned folder. Also does anyone no the network ID for Sligo for UPC Ire ? any help would be appreciated.

Hi Rog180,
The easiest way I found to do it is to see if the box has a web interface. I think you may have to add the OpenWebif plugin. Then you bang in the ip address of your box into your browser and you should get a web page showing up. On mine, on the left hand side there's an Extras section and in there there's an option to manage Bouquets.

Sorry I am getting only SD Channels through automatic scan
 
pity no one has added to my cable netids plea for ireland as little info is around , like providers and netids,also few qams in use are 64 and 256.
 
I'm in Dublin with a Horizon box in front of me, and another box with a cable tuner and OpenVIX.
Tell me what you need, and how to get it and I'll get the info now.
 
Hi guys,
I've been pulling my hair out over the past few days. I've just got an Edision OS Mini and I've managed to tune all the channels in that's to you guys here. I did manage to get a c-line working over Cccam 2.3.0 a few days ago and it was fine. However that expired and since then I've been trying to get other test lines working and none have worked. Most of the other lines are n-lines so I've been using the mgcamd softcam. Everything seems to be ok, but no channel will decode. I've even gone back and gotten a 2nd test line from the guy I managed to get working in the first place and now that doesn't work either!

I've done a reflash of the box too, and no joy. Any help greatly appreciated.
 
I have a working setup for UPC / Virgin in Swords Dublin - pm me if anyone wants all the channel lists / frequencies / symbol rates
Keep in mind - these only work in Swords, different areas in Dublin have different frequencies and symbol rates.
 
that is excellent news,think my feed was suspect,now to put it in my 780 to get hd channels lol:woohoo:

alot of hd channels use qam 16 i see.
