where to start

i have connected a line to my box and all was working good until i was foolish and tried updating box.
i have now gone back to the firmware that is on this forum but i can not for the life of me remember how to scan for channels as i lost all my others
is there a step by step guide for scanning for channels in the Manchester area?

Go into Menu/Blade online, then select Astra 28.2e sat. Then choose the channel list to flash for the area you require. Will be Granada for Manchester I believe.

Also, have a read here for any other info you need regarding setup.
