I'm Also having problems! If my h2h is idle for awhile or I watch a recording or iptv player and I go back to premium channels they've gone!!! Anyone any ideas?

I can never get around the mgcamd issue with openatv some are fine others need to restart cam while vix doesn't seem to have this issue.

For CWS keep alive try something like this

Code:
CWS_KEEPALIVE = 300

CWS = vm.server.com 12000 user-10980 168248 01 02 03 04 05 06 07 08 09 10 11 12 13 14

CWS = tv.server.com 12000 user-10980 168248 01 02 03 04 05 06 07 08 09 10 11 12 13 14

Some use keep alive 60 I find this a bad idea because you are hammering your line server.

Since friday i seem to have lost 3-4 vm hd movie channels . Just get blank screen.
Restarted box,cam,router.
Deleted bouquets and rescanned but channels remain blank , epg populates .
Have the channels moved at all ?

I get this all the time. Will be watching a channel then it goes blank for anything from 10seconds to a few minutes. Or, comedy central just disappears I'm sure it happens to others but I know that one for sure as I watch it.

Very annoying

In most cases in this thread, it sounds like server issues. Sometimes it could be down to signal strength issues with cable, but if it goes down for two hours then comes back on it's own it's almost certain a poor server (that said, anyone can have issues - but if it's happening frequently it's a sign of a cheap server).

Have a look at your ECM times at peak times of viewing - it they're getting into 2-3 seconds then it sounds like the server is getting loaded and you could start to see glitching on lesser viewed channels.
