Is there something going on with VM Superhubs?

Anyone one been having issues with their Superhubs of late when hard wired to there Zgemma using cable?
About 48hrs ago I could see my router was resetting itself a number of times and updating itself I think. Now when watching vm channels, when I use wifi on the laptop, iPhone or ipad I'm getting interference with my box. (freezing & glitching)
Lines are tip top, once these devices are not being used its flawless, just asking if anyone else has had issues at all. TIA

This issue occured the same with me, i had a PCT 4 Port Cable Amplifier i thought that may be the cause so removed it and stuck with the Tratec Splitter.

I got worried the amplifier may be disrupting the cable connection but guess it was got to do with the updates.

See now I'm having a problem with my wifi ie it doesn't work, yet the internet is clearly working as my lines are clearing...

Dont mean to bump an old thread but having exactly the same issue over the last 2 weeks.. Could it simply be a coincidence ??

Reboot your superhub mate, did the trick for me. Make sure you've got websafe turned off too, I've read that they sometimes turn it back on - but don't know how true that is.

Done that however this is the second time in the last 2 weeks that i've had this problem and been on the phone to them a couple of times too. VM are sending an engineer around next week to check the signal etc and possibly replace the router if needs be... So will have to have a "tidy up" of the splitter and other cables before that.

It's a shame I can't just get them to split the feed for me. haha

Just upgrade to the TV package, then they'll send you a home setup kit if you ask for it with their cabling and they'll alter the signal level accordingly. Then cancel before the cooling off period ends. Or just buy a splitter kit on eBay, it's the proper ones.
