Do you have any services from vermin, like telephone, if so, then yes it will work, if not, then you would need to go out to the box and check the line with a multimeter to see if you are getting a signal, you should be looking for about 2 to 3 volts on the line, and if you have that, then connect a lead in there, and run it into the house, and connect it to a cable box...

IPTV is good but you need to make sure that you go with someone reliable and has good support (hard to find). I moved from IPTV as i couldn't find a good way to record a program plus The HD channels are a stream of HD so its good but not great, no where near as good quality as you will get from a VM box :-)

The servers used to get overloaded when main events are on so you end up getting a lot of buffering.

I am joined to a group on FB who sell IPTV and over the last month or two, they have been having constant DOS attacks which is causing havoc. They are having non stop complaints about the service going up and down....

You need to keep in mind that when using IPTV you need to have a reliable line as you are constantly streaming data around 2Mb (or more) a second where (please correct me if i am wrong here) using a VM box you just need to acquire small amounts of data every 10 seconds or so. VM may throttle your connection if you are using loads of data at peak times too.

You can kind of see where i am going here... Get a VM box as you will probably (more than likely) have a way better experience!
