MINI Edision OS Mini Combo line setup for both Sat and Cable

Anyone have an Edision OS Mini Combo setup with both Sat & Cable running?
How do I go about setting the lines for both simultaneously?

Both are N-lines. Was even thinking setting up OSCAM? Never tried oscam before though. No idea how this would be set up. I'm used to just configuring c-lines on a single line for 1 provider and leaving it at that.

Any help/guides would be appreciated.

I’m using an Edision OS Mini Combo.

Oscam definitely the way to go, ViX files are here:

Use this configuration for your oscam.server file. Change the highlighted bits to your line details:
Leave the comma in between servername and port.

Got it set up with oscam, thanks :)

Only problem now is sorting out the channels. Scan doesn't seem to put Cable and Sat in the same favourites folder? The only way to access both is via the red button to select 'All' . Pretty new to Edision, so unless I'm missing a simple method to scan and put all the channels together from both tuners A and B together into the various default favourites categories?

search for dsayers custom mix. It should be in plugin downloads in system plugins.
It will mix working sat with cable in one bouquet.

Under...
Systemplugins > dsayerscutommiximporter (5.0+git2024). Does that sound right? Just installed the plugin now. Where do I go from here? Thanks
 
Ahhh cool got it thanks guys. I have x2 lots of of each favourite folder now, not sure if this is right?
Just to explain that the top half of the favourites folder are all Sat, then the second lot of repeated favourites folders all have cable.
Unless I'm meant to delete, and re-scan fresh after the new plugin has been installed?

Either way this is god enough. Much appreciated for the help given :)
 
If all your bouquets have been created by ABM just click 'delete bouquets' and scan again.

Re check the recommend providers settings.

After you have pressed yellow to fetch file and changed autofectch yes goto abm providers and set them as per the guide ie virgin uk you should only have generate main bouquet yes then all rest no

That should give you all SKY bouquets with cable channels mixed and one all channels bouquet for virgin
 
Ahhh unfortunately time for me was running out, so I had to rush off = Not my box. When I go back again (which might not be for a while), I'll have another go. Hopefully I'll get it right! :)
