Line will not clear

Do you mean the Virgin websafe or whatever it’s called? Yes I’ve ensured that’s turned off.

I don’t actually know anybody else personally that has cable in the area so I might have difficulty testing it somewhere else unfortunately.

Am getting the same problem here it seems the issue is with the mgcam software itself as it was working before the update.
 
I have another cable box at my house, neither of them are working though, like I said both of them cut off at the same time

my thoughts are if a local m8 has a working box and does not work at your house will point you to router
 
I don’t know anybody else who has virgin.

Would my oscam log help at all? I can see it’s telling me that the connection has timed out but I don’t know much about oscam so maybe there’s something in there telling me what I need to change that I’m missing.

I still think it's what I previously said - that your actual vm connection has been lost/cut off like mine has upstairs.

It hasn’t. Tried dsayers’ line earlier on and that cleared at the first attempt. My supplier suggested I ping and trace route his server and that’s coming up as timed out as well so it’s the connection to the server that’s being blocked.

And for no apparent reason... it’s working again. Haven’t done anything to it for hours, then it’s randomly clearing again after days of nothing. Absolutely bizarre.
