No channels, no fta

Came home today and there are no channels being displayed on my box and my parents box which is in the same area. Net Id 41054.

Neither of us have a virgin account. This mean virgin have cut our line?

yday there was a few issues with various areas. go to vm status page using google and put in your post code see if any issues

channels are clearing here in Leicester BTSHD1,2 only ones that are not are the usual HD they took down about 3 months back.
Does anyone know if there is any new tech is coming about to solve this problem?

I am having the same issue, all my channels gone. I did a fresh service scan last night and nothing came in. I also get the same error as in post 8. Not sure yet if its service out related to area or if someone's been twatting about in the cabinet.

check tuner has correct area / net id set and also in ABM
