I have been a customer for a year and their service second to none with rapid help on any issues.

What I am hacked off about is that they happily took my money for renewal only 3 weeks ago probably full well knowing they were going to close. Reinforces the value of never going for more than a 6 month sub with any provider !!!!!!

I think they have seen their server getting blocked by ISPS and have been pressured in to withdrawing their offer by someone .

What I don’t understand is why they didn’t exert more effort in finding ways around the block as it can obviously be done. Maybe someone can enlighten me !!

@honda your defending a provider who
3 weeks prior has taken your money.. Very noble of you...

@honda i screen shotted your original post. Where you quite openly defended
The provider, that took your money..
I wont embarrass you by reposting it.

What an absolute shower, have a look on reddit, rumour is they are using big resellers to start up again. Just giving notice if you are looking for a new provider not to get burned twice from them.

Sellers have been requesting charge backs through paypal and the provider has emailed them telling them if they request a charge back they will give sellers details to epl and sly lawyers. I'm sorry but that is just taking the piss bigtime.
I think if the threats of giving out names of resellers asking for refunds they would come a poor second EPL . taking a stand alone. , end user or bring down piss takers who on course for piss take. Take 2 ...

Lots of unhappy customers. Just read some amusing comments...

I have been speaking with one of the top guys at the outfit in question and he has mentioned they are currently filing for bankruptcy and once this is over, they will start with the refunds process. This might take up to one month.

Final warning for all of you as next one to mention a name will get a ban !
If they have filed for bankruptcy then they have no assets.
That will be handled by the official receiver or appointed accountants so they are spinning a yarn saying repayments after that.
They are scamming and playing for time in my experience.

If anyone is familiar, regards bankruptcy.. This is utter rubbish..
Does any one think the end user would get any sort of refund . That really is insulting a person's intellect...

I hope your just being sarcastic to lighten the mood here lol, how would someone illegally streaming premium content have official receivers or accountants?

Not being sarcastic at all !!
They are registered at companies house as a limited company so therefore are not personally liable for any trading losses etc assuming the sales were going through the company of course.
Any limited company has to go through the same procedure irrespective of what they were selling.
I was stating points of law and official company procedures mainly to show that a lot of hot air is still being spouted on this subject !

think tcoaster actually thinks they were declaring selling iptv subs lol

@tcoaster they usually mask it as hosting services, 'plans' etc

The money raised by selling the assets or recovering monies owed to the individual or the company is divided between the creditors in a strict order of priority after the cost of the bankruptcy or liquidation (winding-up) have been paid.
