Is it possible to connect the VM box to the cable going to the sh3 and if so what do I need.

As I have the F1 box with Sat and Cable in living room sh3 in bedroom.

how is the box connected now? - wifi?
you can get 5m lan cables from b&q, mine goes through the wall, up the brickwork and into bedroom above.
Been like this for 9 years now, no problems

No mate not connected at all as I wanted to put the VM box in bedroom where router is and connect it via a splitter so that the box and the hub was connected at same time, misses doesn't want anymore cables running up wall etc.
