hi my zgemma box just died last night. i have had a good run with it. its the actual power to the box that has went not a firmware issue or anything. tried a few different plugs must be something inside thats blew. anyone else had this problem. is it fixable. or wer can i get 1 of the boxes at a decent price. cheers

When you say you have tried a few different plugs, have they all been the right voltage and also 1amp + ? Is the polarity right too? Just cos the plug fits doesn't mean it will work.
It is possible something inside has blown but it might also just be a case that you need a new power supply for it.

good shout i will try a proper plug then see how that goes. is this a known problem of boxes of a certain age. cheers for reply bud

No, not a known problem, just one of those things. The power supplies can die as they can on a laptop or phone etc, you have been unlucky.
If you have a mate with a zgemma box you could try their power supply, I use my H2S one with all of the zgemma boxes as it meets the power needed for all the boxes. So no reason you can't plug your box in round his house and see.

cheers again m8. i thot i would give a little update and tell you what happend cause i like this site and its always helpfull also might give someone a laugh. turns out she was cleaning around the back of the box and pushed the little white power button off hahaha all the time i have had this box never knew it had that little power button on the back ha.
