Did you make a back up of your previous image that worked? If so try restoring it
So likely the box isnt faulty?
Just concerned of cutting the sat feeds at the box and LNB and putting new ones on as know will screw it up.
Have replaced old connectors with new ones and same issue still.
I have big trees on my road but speaking to council and said cant cut or trim any of them. Maybe it is a line of sight problem but not sure how to check.
From checking no rust on dish and its a sly minidish. Have had it for couple of decades.
also try here.

The box isn't faulty because it works at someone else's house.
Those cables i posted earlier, you can get 10m ones for about £7 with the ends already on.
screw one end to the LNB and the other into the box, clip it to the wall in place of the old one, job done.
If you think it's a line of sight issue, replacing the cables won't do any good.
Can you take a photo from a distance of the dish and the trees and then we can make a judgment
enter all details in there and choose 28.2 on other list then search will bring up your house on photo and where line of sight is.
If you reply to post 81 maybe some kind soul will be close enough to fix it for you. First part of post code, town, city anything will help
your lnb port may be faulty, but what is more likely is cable itself, it may be cracked or kinked & when rain gets in it can cause what you describe, interminnent loss of signal , but not permanent, if there was cable damage & the earth, (the copper braid) comes in contact with the core, same issue signal loss. How many cables have you coming from lnb? could you try box on another cable?
