flash open atv

hi all i am on vix at the moment and want to change to open atv but when i try to flash it just says usb on the frount of the box and not flash like it does when i flash vix any ideas

have a look in the folder that contains the image
should be zgemma > h2> and then the files
If there is a file called noforce, rename it to force and try again

it does say noforce but cant seam to rename it

If its on your USB stick, drag it to trour pc, rename it and then drag it back to your USB stick and delete the noforce file

Alternatively just briefly press the front power button when it shows USB it will then start to flash
