Hi Guys, Just spent a couple of hours trying to sort this out and I am stumped. Please can someone help? Brand new H2H with wooshbuild V6 and both Sly and VM attached. I get a sly signal and terrestrial channels but no cable signal. I have used the cable from the back of the VM box, that was working, added the coax adapter, inserted it into the top coax socket. I have tried another coax adapter, I have tried swapping the cable from the router to the H2H and still no signal. Is there something I have not enabled? I am going through the menus and am scared I am going to make thing worse. Thanks in advance.

have you enabled tuner B as dvb/c and you have added the fconnector and have the feed in rf in?

Watching tv on the box last night and when I changed channels over the screen went blank with no sound.
Look at the internet to see if it was that, and changed both coxal cables round tosee if it was that but it wasn't also change area code round from Bradford to huddersfield in both tuner B in config and autoBM- PROVIDERS and started scan, channels and audio found but still no tv not even FTA. When I press ok on blank screen bottom right I have ABCD0% (A & 0% are in a slightly lighter blue. On signal finder tuner B please see attached photo. Not sure if I'm the only one experiencing this problem but any help would be greatly appreciated.
