This a genuine box on official VIX? In menu, information, about, what version you on??

Hi mate not sure , in menu it says vix at bottom

Did you but the box from a a genuine dealer?
Sounds like the software that was flashed on the box has the feeds disabled.
Back not so long ago, the market was flooded with clone receivers, the genuine manufacturer of VU enabled a time bomb which bricked the clones when they were updated through the feeds.
I'd recommend you identify the type of box you have.
