strange issuse while streaming!

Been with my provider a good while now and its been awesome... until footy started again.

I have been able to watch the first few games no hitch at all. But these last two weeks have been shocking there FHD channels buffer like crazy, with a lot of people saying the same thing.

The server's answer is its our end as their servers are not full and all is working well.

Well i did a a fresh install of whooshbuild and re ran the script tonight, rebooted all devices and started watching first 16mins were fine, then the glitching and on and off started and other people started stating they had the same problems.

So i tried a speed test on my laptop while streaming on my zgemma and the results were bad 600ms ping 0.8meg down 0.2meg up. Now usually my zgemma while streaming will still give my laptop around 10-20mb to play with, with a ping of around 40ms. I left the football off as it went unwatchable on all the channels, we watched a few episodes of G.O.T on the same server @1080p and it was fine glitch free.

After the football has finished i tried streaming more G.O.T while doing a test on my laptop and got 26mb down and 10mb up still while streaming on the zgemma.
To test it as it was before, i went to the same channel the footy was on and did another test on the laptop while streaming on the zgemma and got very good results again (only difference is the game was over)

So I am presuming the isp is up to something when the football is on to throttle my speeds? Would I be right?

Please, please, please! edit your first post with some punctuation please. Feck it, I'll do it!
It is so much easier to help you if your post is easy to read.

A few paragraphs would off been the ticket dude!

Sounds like your iptv provider may have an overloaded server with so much people watching the same stream in FHD

It's a server issue for sure - everyone tuning in to watch the match and server can't cope. I've seen exactly this with certain services who used all sorts of excuses, but when switching back and fore between those and a solid service the difference was very apparent.

advice to OP:

take a test when premier league football game is live or expected to be live within next few hours....
pointless taking a 24h test at midnight on a wed as you won't be testing anything worth testing, spongebob and emmerdale almost always 100% 24 hours a day

Sorry guys its my phone its shit. Why do I suffer 50% less speed from isp when footys on? And 50% more when footy goes off?

@userlee5267 Sounds like your ISP is throttling if your where getting different results on your box this would have nothing to do with your supplier. Football during the week is on at peak internet times and although ISP's wont admit to throttling all do it. The only way around this for you would be to upgrade to the fastest fibre available in your area as when they throttle this they do have to give a certain speed. Also check a speed checker at peak times speedtest.net for example and check each evening. Also purchase a non isp router as these can be the causes of quite a few problems with IPTV as isp's dont like iptv as it takes up alot of bandwidth.
