Epg importer

Hi
Is it possible to use EPG Importer to provide an Epg for IPTV.

I have watched a YouTube video showing this but the import options shown are not the same as in the current version of the EPG Importer. Some of the options are for foreign languages but none of them seem to be for IPTV

I am running Whooshbuild 6 on a Zgemma H2s

all you need to do is get the channel references and then add them to a custom bouquet
if you add them to your standard iptv bouquets, i dont know if you have auto update or not, you have not added that information

Thanks for the reply. Do you mean to get individual references for each channel?

I have about 50 channels in my own "sport" bouquet and about 70 in my entertainment bouquet. Was hoping to automate the process using epg download as I've seen on YouTube. Also I don't have standard iptv bouquets, I have to create my own. At present I have a list with around 5000 channels.

Just download epgimporter and then add anything that lists as rytec uk, ie sky etc, then click save and then manual import, let it run and bind ur uncle mate. Works perfect for me every time. I’m running ipab build but sky skin if that makes any difference I don’t know but I have full epg for everything on sky.
Click on plug ins, download plug ins, extensions, then search for epgimporter and click install then once that’s done exit out and enter the epgimporter from your menu and away you go.::

Just done a scan with EPG Importer and I noticed that "Sly UK" has disappeared from my available sources. I am sure the option was there a not so long ago. Anyone else come across this and anybody got any ideas?
