Nordvpn connection problem.

Hi all, have subscribed to the above but cannot get to connect to any server!, have disabled both windows and my avira firewalls, unchecked ipv6, and all that they say to do with no luck.
Is there anything else that may be blocking me or things to try, thanks.

Get on a web chat with Nord, there quite helpful
 
Try installing it on your phone and see if it works.

Then at least you know if its a username or password problem or the actual device you are using it on.
