iptv player problem

Hope someone can help me.
I cant download or watch anything on the iptv player but can record from tv ??.
Im running openvix image on lc cable receiver

What addons are you trying to use I have noticed vumoo cartoon hd and a couple of others arent working. Just say no links available

I have tried them all, all open but when I try to play or record , all I get is "opening please wait" and it never does.
I thought it might be a problem with drive but on the amiko box the same hdd works ok..
So was thinking it might be a prob with openvix image or the record/buffer paths not tying in with hdd

Had this before my self, Uninstall the plugin and reinstall worked for me

There's also cache on your hdd/usb you can clear the contents of manually. I've seen fix search issues before certainly.

ive uninstalled plugin then re installed but still same.
I will try your advise and look into the cache to see

When you reinstalled did it ask you to update the plugin ? It should have
