open vpn and vu solo2

Hi

i have a vu solo2 running open atv 6.1 and all is working fine except my openvpn
i have installed and made up the three files required but when i press the green button on my solo it does not start openvpn
any help please

Are the files in the correct format, I spent ages trying to sort mine out and ultimately it was the format of the files causing the problem.
