OScam help

Yes Mediaset Premium is the genuine subscription I've and I've the official card that works properly on other decoder.
After I installed Oscam from webinfo I can see that the card is ok but I can't see any channel related to Mediaset Premium
 
Restart the oscam softcam in the softcam panel and reboot box and see if that has any effect, although i'm not sure the Mutant box works with this card, i could be wrong

Thank you so much, I did it right now. I attached what I get in the webinfo, then restarting oscam softcam from the panel I'm getting this error pushing the yellow, green and blu from the remote

I don't think what you are trying to do is even possible, i think the viewing card is already paired with your genuine decoder - why can't you get another decoder like the original?
Once a card is paired it can't be used in any other device, although this was the case years ago over here, not sure about Italy?
 
Honestly I don't know about this, I know for sure that Sky do this but I don't know about Mediaset Premium, in case have you any other idea? Do you think that buying a Mediaset Premium cam and insert it in the decoder could solve the problem?
 
I think you meant 'another mediaset Premium card'? - you can try but if you buy another card and it doesn't work in the box, what do you do then? - how much are the cards and how long do they last? - if you could get a cheap one it may be worth trying but personally i wouldn't spend any more money on this as it looks like a train crash to me - the oscam softcam needs the details in order to unlock the channels, see post #14, is there any way you can look inside the card and take the details from it in order to create an oscam.server file that you can ftp into usr/keys/oscam folder?

I was meaning a cam in order to insert it in the specific slot instead of only the card. Related to the second part of your message, oscam softcam needs details, I understood what you mean but any suggest about the way I could do? Thanks a lot for all your support, I appreciate
 
on your screenshot above, where it says across the top:
status live log config readers

click on readers and screenshot here what it shows, also click on restart first to see if it does anything spectacular
 
Thank you again for your patience and help, now I'm out for three days so I can't try but on Sunday I'll try again and I'll let you know, then if you should have any other idea also about an image to use just let me know

Hello, I'm back and I was following your suggests.
I attached some screenshots with the card in the card reader (the first and the second pics) and with the card in the CAM (the third and the fourth), then even if M7 (Mediaset Premium) is in grey try to lightening it after few seconds it becomes grey, then with the card in the reader the status become CARD OK on tivusat instead of M7, tivusat is another provider but sat.
What do you think? The reader works but it seems that putting the card in it, reading it "works" with tivusat instead of Mediaset

Ah top thread..i just got the gigablue 4k and was confused by oscam, coming from a zgem. On the zgem i could put the line in via my old broke laptop and my computer it over. Will i be able to oscam? I have asked on the other forum but just got told we dont support that....

You can put you line into oscam via the oscams interface if you want, just put the box`s ip address into your browser [ not your search engine ] and put :9000 [ for a vix image ] at the end of it, once you see the interface, the go to files / oscam. config. and this is where you would put your line into...
