No pay channels clearing

Hi had a line on my zgemma it's great playing up today won't show pay channels only 1-5 contacted seller all ok and can see me connected shown me proof anything I can do tried all normal stuff reboot but nothing thank you
 
power off the router and the box
power on the router, wait 5 mins then power on the box
go to softcam panel, make sure your softcam is in active cam and click green button to restart the softcam, still no joy, follow @steptoe advice and try a test line
 
For network test you go to menu settings network settings adaptor settings then network test then just press green then it will say something line
LAN connected (green tick) if connected
Concerted local network (green tick) if connected to network
Dchp connected (green tick) if connected
IP address (green tick if right)
Name server (green tick if right)
 
Hi all again done a network test the outcome is as follows
Lan adaptor tick.
Local network tick.
DHCP enabled tick.
Ip address just says please wait unconfirmed red cross.
Nameserver please wait
Any ideas I not changed any settings for this to happen ?

Try restarting network from off box its in menu settings network settings restart network are you running box by ethanet
