error code 403

hi sorry for been pain, having problem with this box h2s, trying to reflash and am getting error 403 forbidden message and cant go any further. any help will be appreciated.

What build are you flashing? wooshbuild? check the wooshbuild support thread, I think your solution is around post 4905.

log into your internet account, virgin, sky, bt or whoever you are with
disable safe surf / web safe / whatever
then reboot router and you'll be able to download wooshbuild
