Zgemma h2h Failed To Tuner B

I have installed ABM file still know luck
You will get more help and solve your problem quicker if you are upfront with information.

You were asked to update the provider file after installing ABM. Have you done this?

If you have done this, can you add more details of the problem when running ABM?

OK compromise, ABM scan. Otherwise someone will be performing a scan using the built in function in enigma2 and wondering why bouquets aren't updated. He has already posted that a scan finds the channels, but bouquets show N/A. Or even blind scanning or using cable scan.

This is what I get, first I update the provider files
conf.jpg

Then run Start Scan. It successfully loads Virgin and Freesat, but fails on Tuner B, which in my case is SKY.
Freesat is also on Tuner B of course.

sky.jpg

This is the debug log which seems to show Virgin working, then Freesat working, then it times out trying to get a tuner lock on Sky. It would be interesting to see the OP's log. Although the debug log says it will wait 10 seconds for a lock, if I just run with Sky as the only provider the whole think takes about 2 seconds, so it isn't waiting.

@chris-manch
On tuner B, check you can receive the frequency it needs to read the data.
User defined
11778
Vertical
27500

Please post a screenshot to confirm you are checking the right frequency.

Second test, if you scan 28.2 (don't use abm or any other plugin), how many services do you get?

Make sure you do not get a wideband/SkyQ LNB.

ABM always uses the last qualifying tuner. Title of thread matches your issue, although different underlying issue altogeter

When scanning tuner B on a Zgemma H2H set tuner A to "nothing Attached" or whatever it says, I'm not next to mine at the moment.

If you have Sky and Virgin just reset it after you get the Virgin in.

Hi

I hope someone can help. I have seen many conversations relating to the ZGemma Tuner B failing, but everything we have tried has failed.

I have entered the Net ID code correctly which is 00012 on tuner B and disabled tuner a as i dont have sky, but everytime I scan, it fails for the same reason saying "failed to tune virgin uk on tuner b"

We have even factory reset the box... Still nothing... I have no channels, epg or anything and ive tried for over 4 days now..

Any of your expert help would be appreciated.

Please note i am not very technical with this so if you need any more information or i need to do anything, please advise with clear instructions.

Thanks all in advance!

Go to service searching>manual scan, change 'predefined frequency' to 'complete' by using right arrow, then scan, this will take a while.
Afterwards, go to autobouquetsmaker>update provider files, then when it's done it's thing, scan by pressing green button

Hi mate did you sort out your problem

Hi mate did you sort out your problem

I didn't have a problem this was in reply to someone who did
if you are having the same problem, follow the advice above
also make sure you are using the correct build for the box, lots of people flash H2s image to H2h box and then wonder why it won't work
