Amazing, she knew exactly what to do to get the baby elephant going and she knew and waited for the baby to come round after taking its first breath.

Its such a wonderful thing to see stuff like this. I must admit as a woman a felt for the elephant as she was giving birth.! You dont realise how much hard work it must have been for her, then to use what energy she had left to make sure the baby could breath ok and help it up.
Its amazing how quickly they can get to their feet and walk.

What a brilliant amazing vid. Nice work!!!!
Would be worrying being there and seeing the elephant not breathing as you would want to jump in and help out but obviously it proves that animals can easily cope without any human intervention at all.
