1.35 to 1.38 on a bladebox 7000s

Hope someone can help I have been having freezing issues with my Bladebox 7000s spoke to my provider who says everything is ok their end and has advised i update from 1.35 to 1.38 but have no idea how to do this can anyone help thanks in advance.

Blade is a closed source box, you can't upgrade, you have to use the cam that is loaded in the
firmware, the upgrade can only be done on E2 type boxes.

With a decent line you wouldn't be able to tell the difference between 1.35 and 1.38 anyway.

Try a test line from elsewhere and compare both servers.

You may start to see the problem a bit more clearly lol

I've run both 1.35 and 1.38 on my E2 box and bee's is correct there is no difference, the only other thing I could suggest is try CCcam if you can, that might be better.
