+1 channels freezing

Are anyone's else's gold +1 etc channels freezing or could i have a signal issue?

no mine's not doing that.
Check your signal, assuming VM broadband?
on the side or bottom of the router there should be a 'settings password'
type 192.168.0.1 into a browser and click enter, use that password to log into the router

advanced settings
tools>network status> click on downstream tab
copy and paste the snr and dbmv data here

if there's nothing wrong with the signal it could be the line/provider

nothing wrong with those, all the dbmv are between -6 and +10, yours are hovering around -1 to -2
all the SNR are around 38 which is close to ideal

if it's only just started doing it, it could just be a temporary fault
if it's always been like that, then i'd take a test line to see if it's any better

Yes just the one channel, Sky arena I believe

if he's watching Sky Arena, he's not on satellite, he's on IPTV, he'll have to contact his provider

Ok, the guy we are using here, isn't very reliable, he is an tv aerial installer, who has branched out into selling zgemma boxes, he is using a guy to do updates- has changed server guys at least once, could do with a reliable source! could you advise please?
