1819 only 1 channel activated

Hi

Installed new software on starview 7 box, entered 1819 on Sky Sports 1 channel and I can now view that channel. all other channel's are scrambled, will they become enabled after a delay or will I have to do something else to enable other channels?
 
something wrong there,is the firmware showmustgoon yes?have you done a factory reset and rescan with lan cable out,when channels found and loaded insert lan ,then exit out and power box off at rear and modem and router also then on on remote press 1819 and if working should clear.
maybe server problem,even the fta should work.
 
not a 100% sure i think it is,do you pay a min sub to vm?,as curious if you may have been cut off .
 
Followed your advice and did factory re-set etc now getting all the sky sport channels some of the Sky Movies and loadsa other channels. Thanx vmuch your help is mucho appreciated.
