2 x inputs on same connection

Wondering with the zgemma only having 1 cable input, can you use a splitter to connect a virgin cable and terrestrial cable at the same time - obviously only 1 will be in use at any 1 time but wondering if it's possible.

Why not use a terrestrial usb tuner?

But what you are suggesting may work.

Thought about it but really only need 1 tuner at a time and I think an additional usb tuner as well as being unnecessary would drain resources.

Even if it works aren't you going to have to change the tuner type in tuner config every time you switch between them?
... and also scan for channels with abm.
Will be interested to see how it goes though. Would be a good setup for a test rig.

Probably with a single cable tuner receiver but may work on the H5.2TC by changing the second cable tuner in tuner config to dvb-t2

What time are you doing it as to make vm give you a house call due to interference on line/noise
