Cable 97% SNR on my old H1, now only 29% on my new H.2H!

So I've been using my H1 on cable for about 18 months, and have always had an extremely strong signal, with the SNR always solid at 97%.

I've just got a shiney new H.2H and now get only 29% (across all transponders)! Nothing else has changed with the installation, same coax, same splitter, same everything.

The tuner is set to DVB-C (not DVB-T2), and I've got the correct network ID and provider entered. Antenna power is switched off.

WTF is going on? Is it possible the signal is too strong for the switchable tuner in this new box? (There is a cable cabinet in the street about 20 yards from the house)
I think I've got an attenuator kicking around somewhere...

Just a bug apparently mate the 29% signal so they say.....

Thank feck I checked back and read your reply before I ripped the place apart!

It tuned every transponder no problem, and the picture is perfect! Obviously just a software bug!

No great consequence, it will just annoy me every time I change channel!

Thanks ever so much mate!
