Last night I watched Demolition Man (classic) - whilst the end credits were rolling I tried to change channel and this came up on a black screen (see attached photo) Every channel came up with this small box, after 10 mins of me not doing anything and searching techkings forum for anyone with the same problem (unsuccessfully) - I changed a channel and everything was back up and running, like nothing had happened. All channels are fine since.
any ideas as to what this is, and how to get rid of it if it happens again, rather than wait for it to do something itself.
NB - Actually, the only thing I tried was to turn the box off and on again from back switch after 30secs. Didn't touch any settings etc....

NB2 - after switching box off then on again - I still had the problem for another 5 mins or so. Seemed to make no difference.
