a780 flash

have tried to flash my Kryptview A780 without success using my Laptop with USB converter is there anyone in the Belfast area if I got it to them could help me out, thanks

rs232 to usb mostly do not work m8, a lot of guys struggle to get it to connect to a box, [ especially the cheap ones] try and get hold of an older laptop with a rs 232 outlet, its sure to work... 100% m8, or as i did with my old dell laptop, was, i bought an express card to rs 232 outlet, that also work 100% with me....

I tried updating the software using Ethernet cable to wireless it does not update software, can any one help you please, provide is NTL.
