A850 Glitching

Afternoon All.
I have had a line since Aug 16 for my A850 box. Although no issues originally, in the last 4-5 weeks the glitching has got consistently worse. It doesn't happen all the time, some days are worse than others but when it is bad, like today, it's unwatchable.
I have discussed with the line provider who is adamant it's not line.
Anyone got any ideas on why I get this intermittent glitching?

Hi mate, glitching usually turns out to be an internet connection problem or your server.

Get a line from elsewhere and compare, that should give you an idea where the problem lies.
