abit of a problem , help if possible

i have just bought a new zgemma and when i plugged it in the red standbye light is on and one light of the network port(amber light) ... and the box will not do anything does it need sending back .... please help if possible

Try reflashing it. Ie. Put software on

ive tryd that with no joy it just saits with red light on, it doesnt say boot/usb or anything ... ive been told about jtag the box is that somthing i could try or is it complicated ... :)

Complicated and u need equipment. Did u buy direct or off uk supplier?

i have contacted the uk seller and he has asked me too return it and he said he will jtag and send it back too me
