ABM Issue with VU+ solo2 (twin cable tuners)

Set up a box for my brother-in-law yesterday. All is good, apart from the fact that there appears to be certain ABM options missing which my Xtrend has. This results in the EPG being filled with superfluous bouquets which cannot be hidden (All Channels, HD Channels, last scanned, etc. etc.) See photo.

Can anyone point me in the right direction? TIA.
