Accidentally Blade 7000s DB

Hi, I have accidentally deleted the channel list DB on my Blade 7000s. I now longer have the HD, Sports, Entertainment folders... I was wondering if someone could assist me in restoring them or if someone could point me in the direction of downloading a new channel list, thanks in advance.

Just look for "blade online" in the menu, then download the channel list
for your area directly to your box.

think you have to choose the sat your using and the lists are in there. so look for 28.2 e and click on that !!
