Active line?

Sorry for the beginners question but how do I check if my VM line is active as my channels have gone blank?
 
You can't check personally - you can ask another member to test for you but this is your prerogative.

I've contacted a few times but no reply

Ask in the cable line request thread for a test - try it on your box in place of the one that isn't working and if it works, you know the line is dead.
 
If you put in shares box yes it gets shared do it properly and it wont.... simple

The line didn't work so what's he got to loose
Still wouldn't trust any site that tells you to enter your line.

If it's a temporary issue, then he'll loose whatever he paid for his line.
 
Freezing? Tbf think VM have been mucking about with ECM times on various "everyday" channels for a wee while now.

For some reason just been having problems with them two channels at the moment, provider isn't no help either
