adding m3u url to dreamplex plugin

Has anyone managed to figure out how to add an m3u url to the dreamplex plugin?

i have seen videos of people using it to load their IPTV VOD and it looks purdy.

I've tried a few things myself but cant seem to get anywhere. i've searched the forums but cant find anything

any help appreciated
