After market DAB

anyone bought a after market DAB then? do they work? my radio is playing up & looks like i need to change it, only need a cheap one, ( only do fri/sat night) been looking at THIS with THIS can get it fitted & working all in for £124

Just a thought...
If you have a bluetooth unit in your car,or even an aux input,could you not stream from your phone through an internet radio app?
