Amiko alien 2 freezing

I've an amiko alien 2 triple tuner. I've tried a few different enigma images on it but all images are having the same issue its constantly freezing and for long periods between 10-30secs. I've a second box (open box) running off same nline and I'm not having these long noticeable freezes with this box so neither the line or Internet are to blame. Any ideas?

Try adding an extra line to your triple tuner ,should stabelize freezing

Maybe your server doesnt allow multiple connections so you are getting drop downs?

No, multiple connections are allowed, also happening with other box powered off.
