That firmware caused my box to constantly freeze while watching scrambled channels. The one I got to work the box perfectly was from Lavatronics and is dated 21/10/14. The latest Lavatronics firmware caused my box to reset itself when scanning for channels, so be very careful which firmware you pick.
And also to add, the tuner in this box is a bit "picky", by that I mean you do get break up on some channels. I messed around for a bit with it with some attenuators I had lying about the house. A 6db and 10db seems to have done the trick, no more picture break up! It seems the signal going into my house is too high (too much gain) as there is a 6db on the TIVO that the engineer put there.
