strange 1 this when i put the f/ware on the box i cant scan the cable channels in it just crashes ive got the righy freq in the sat side scans in but the cable side crashes any1 having issues with this

Mine is the latest firmware

Try the firmware at the bottom of the tutorial or a previous version
matbe there is an issue with the release you are using.

You will need the correct net id before you get a signal

I did try copying setting via tivo still wouldn't have it m8 updated the firmware today still the same

My netid is 00007 so I must enter 0000 that correct if so that don't work

All sorted used the frequency instead of netid :) thx :)

Did you fix this issue, Jon? Having same problem here, scans channels about half way (Cable Installation), then restarts itself? Using Firmware version 1.3.15. If not and it keeps doing it, I'll revert to the firmware found in the tutorial on this forum.

Sorted, it was the firmware that I put on it. Reverted to the firmware found in the guide, all ok.
