Andriod vs openbox/skybox

can anyone help me here, im wanting to know/learn the difference betwwen and 4K*2K HDMI Output 2.0GHz XBMC TV BOX 1GB/8GB Quad Core WiFi Andriod4.4 DOLBY and either and openbox or skybox, whats the diff, any better? why? worse? would like your input if possible, seen a few now and want to see which is still best and why?

The android box is used for streaming things from the Web to your tv and the sky box is a satellite reciever that recieves freeview satellite channels!
