Need to get in contact withe the line provider because the guy i bought the box of doesnt reply to mail and my skybox is offline and has been past 2 weeks..

Had the same problem thought teamsat were sound always replied the following day .just looking at scrambled logo on screen looks like an another snlde box bites the dust you'll have to get another gift or go legit
