Hi I'm looking for a c line for an openbox v8 please in the uk

Would like a cline for an Openbox v5, based in UK to cut down on glitches. Usual UKTV stuff required + adult if possible.

Tried a few, but all stutter - all are based abroad, giving over 100ms ping times, so would like something more "local" to cut down on the freezing. Sick of wasting money each month!

Obviously a trial would be great as well as monthly, 6 monthly and yearly fees.
