Audio for the visually impaired - how do I turn it off please?

As per the title really
On certain channels someone talks over the action
It appears to be audio help for the visually impaired
It drives "she who must be obeyed" nuts
Can anyone shed any light on how to turn this "help" off

should be able to turn it off in audio settings

Thanks did that -worked like a dream - thanks very much - peace is restored and "she who must be obeyed" is back in neutral mode - until the next time lol
