Audio issue woodsman build

Had my box set up for a couple of months with no issues, this weekend my wife went to record something on the box and the box froze just got a black screen. She had to unplug the power from the back and reboot the box to get it working again, this happened a couple more times.

I now don't have any audio from any of the HD channels, BBC 1 HD video is fine but no audio, BBC 1 SD has audio. I have tried doing the epg and autoBouquets but nothing has helped.

Thinking I will have to wipe the box and start again.
 
I had a similar problem on Friday with no sound on the HD channels, I changed hdmi leads and tv inputs and played with various things on the box and eventually it returned but I can't remember exactly what I did sorry.
 
Thanks snapper just tried that and changed it from Dolby to nar audio and it works.

Any reason why it doesn't work on Dolby any more? Friend has the same box and his works on dobly

Ok so I have change the settings within the box to having the Dolby and its down mix to yes and seems to be working again on dobly
