Auto Bouquet Maker Menu Issue

Hi

I have got a miracle box and am in the process of trying to set it up on vix.

Currently following the guide on the forum but I am getting stuck on the 'Auto Bouquet Maker Menu' part as the only providers that are appearing is freeview and soarview.

I've gone back through the previous steps and appear to have done them all as advised.

Any suggestion what I am doing wrong?

I thought as much. I've got a F Socket Adaptor on the lead I had been using previously so I know it's not the lead. Guess it must be a faulty adaptor.

I've change the lead and the adaptor I was using and still nothing. Is there anywhere on Vix where I can see if the cable feed is not being recognised?

Yes definitely have been using that same lead with the KV box until it went down last month and also have cable broadband.

Don't have one of those boxes but if you go menu setup service searching tuner configuration is the tuner shown as dvb c if not you may be able to change the setting

Yeah, sounds like you have the tuner set to DVB-T instead of DVB-C
