Jon, are you using a H2 box? if so reflash it with the Andy Mc build from downloads and all is in the build mate, all up to date and you can convert your line to oscam for nar/audio fix or you can continue to use mgcam/cccam as the channels are...

For both sky and cable, just disable tuner A the sky tuner, enable tuner B to dvb/c and add your net id to tuner config and then in abm. You can then change the skin if you wish to vm.
personally I prefer using the sky one but each to their own........

you need to change the file called noforce to force.
right click>rename
then put the flash files on the usb stick and flash as normal
the files in the h3 folders should be like the below
force (if it is noforce..rename it to force )
imageverstion
kernal.bin
rootfs.bin
if this doesnt work..try using a different USB stick
