Backup problem

Hi sorry if this is the wrong forum but can't get an answer on the wooshbuild forum. i am trying to make a back up of zgemma star to reflash another box of the same make. l made a back up via usb and put it in the back usb port in the box and it went to USB and then l pressed the power button and it began to flash but after 20 minutes it was still reading flash on the box. Any ideas please

Just they have a different setup as might have changed something

Is it exactly the same box or different model.
